Can I return a product purchased from New Drum Percussion?

Yes, New Drum Percussion offers the possibility to return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is intact, has not been used beyond what is necessary to check its condition, and, whenever possible, is returned in its original packaging.To start a return process, you must contact our customer service team and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been inspected and its condition verified.This policy allows us to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while preserving the integrity of the handcrafted instruments and materials we offer.

Here are the answers:

- "Fat" sound without buzz: unlike plastic dampers, they don't generate vibrations that can cause annoying buzz;

- Comfort and stability: the exclusive New Drum screw-on system, securely attaches the dampers to the hoops, preventing them from slipping or dislodging from the shells.

- 2 in 1: a sound with more attack or a fat sound thanks to the Velcro dot system;

- Easy OFF MODE. You can quickly "deactivate" the Dampers without unscrewing them from the hoop.

- Center reinforcement dot = Long-lasting.

*The new anchoring system is compatible with the following hoops:

- Die-cast,

- Triple flange,

- Power hoops.

It is not compatible with the following hoops:

- S-hoops;

- Reverse triple flange.

Molto soddisfatto
Quasi 3 anni fa ho acquistato il set di sordine per il mio kit, all’inizio ho riscontrato un problema con il fissaggio sui cerchi tripla flangia rovesciata ma la qualità e il materiale della sordina fa si che si crei la giusta aderenza per non far scivolare via la sordina, consiglio per tutti i tipi di cerchi.
Inoltre sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del suono che si riesce ad ottenere.

Grazie per aver condiviso con noi la tua esperienza positiva nonostante l’incompatibilità con i cerchi della tua batteria. Speriamo che altri batteristi con i reverse triplaflangia, leggendo, possano comunque sceglierli grazie all’aderenza dell’O-ring antiscivolo interno.

Set di sordine di ottima qualità!
Volevo da tempo provare i prodotti New Drum Percussion e ho colto l'occasione di un concerto al chiuso semi-acustico per usare queste sordine. Esteticamente molto belle, attutiscono il suono senza smorzarlo eccessivamente e senza sacrificare il timbro dei tamburi.

Breve storia felice. Ho conosciuto New Drum su Instagram, come sono usciti i nuovi damper (che bramavo già da un po') sono stato il primo ad acquistarli; economici, spedizione velocissima e prodotto di cui sono follemente innamorato.

Triplo Stack 12" + New Damper Set
Prodotti incredibili, fatti con una cura maniacale e dal suono bellissimo. Ho acquistato sia il triplo stack 8-10-12 che il set di sordine e posso dire di essere estremamente soddisfatto.
