1. Scope

This Shipping & Returns Policy governs the delivery of products purchased through www.newdrumpercussion.com and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and applicable European regulations concerning distance contracts.

SECTION A – SHIPPING

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide.

Any territorial restrictions will be indicated during the checkout process.

If your Country is not listed, please contact us for shipping costs and availability.

3. Order Processing Times

All purchases are shipped via express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and local or national holidays.

Orders are processed within:

• 24 hours from payment confirmation for in-stock products;

• 48–72 hours from order confirmation for products not immediately available.

For customized or made-to-order products, production times vary depending on the project.

Customers will be notified of any unforeseen delays.

In any case, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, delivery will take place within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

• €5,90 for shipping to Italy;

• €9,90 for shipping to: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Slovenia;

• Other EU countries: from €19.90 to €60.00 depending on the destination Country;

• United States: €40.00;

• Non-EU countries: from €50.00 to €60.00 depending on the destination Country.

Any customs duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees for non-EU Countries are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered via express courier to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are:

• Italy: within 24–48 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation email;

• EU and non-EU Countries: within 2–5 business days.

Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to verify:

• The integrity of the package;

• The number of packages received.

Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to the seller within 48 hours.

Signing for delivery without reservations does not affect the consumer's rights in the event of hidden defects.

6. Failed Delivery

In the event of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address provided by the customer:

• The customer may be contacted to arrange a new delivery attempt;

• Any additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

SECTION B – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

8. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to:

The communication must include:

• Full name;

• Order number;

• Purchase date;

• An explicit statement expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

9. Effects of Withdrawal

If the withdrawal is valid:

• The seller will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs;

• The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice;

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer provides proof that they have been returned.

10. Return of Products

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are:

• The responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned:

• Intact;

• Not used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality;

• Complete with its original packaging, where possible.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products;

• Goods made to the customer's specific requirements.

SECTION C – LEGAL WARRANTY

12. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold to consumers are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled, free of charge, to:

• Repair or replacement of the product;

or

• A price reduction or termination of the contract, where provided by law.

The customer must report the defect within two months of discovering it.

Some New Drum Percussion products require specific hardware for proper installation and operation. Any incompatibility between hardware available on the market and New Drum Percussion products shall not constitute grounds for return or refund.
